Contract and Contact Language

The language of the ordering process is English.

If you have any questions, you can email or write to me through the "contact" form in English, German or Russian.

Ordering Steps

  • Select the desired material and size for your photo.

  • Use the "Add To Cart" button to add the picture to your shopping cart.

  • When you made your selection and you want to check out you can view the products in your shopping cart by clicking the “Cart” icon in the upper right corner.

  • Review the items in your shopping cart. Here you can delete any products you don’t want to order. If everything looks correct, continue by clicking the checkout button.

  • You will be sent to the next page of the order overview (www.smileira.com/checkout).

  • On the right side you will see your order under "Order Summary" and the final cost including shipping (shipping information).

  • The following steps will follow on the left side:

  • Step 1: Your Email. Enter the email address where you will receive receipt and notifications.

  • Step 2: Shipping. Enter the address where you would like to receive your order (name, surname, street name, house number, country, zip code, city, and phone number*).

* Phone number optional.

  • Step 3: Payment. Select the method of payment for your order and enter your billing address, if different from your shipping address.

  • Step 4: Review & Purchase. Review your purchase by checking the items you selected as well as the mentioned Return Policy, Term & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are accessible by clicking on the quick links displayed above the “Purchase” button. By clicking on the “Purchase” button, you agree with all above mentioned conditions. Complete the order by clicking the "Purchase" button.

  • Step 5: I (as Smile Ira Fotografie) will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt by email in which your order is listed and which you can print out.

  • Please check your email and also the "spam" folder. If you have not received conformation after 3 days, please contact me via contact@smileira.com or through the contact page.

Finding and Correcting Input Mistakes

You can correct your order information at any time before submitting your order. If you want to change the existing order, then immediately report the problem via e-mail contact@smileira.com or contact page (there you will also find the phone number). It’s usually possible to change orders, if they have not yet been printed.
